There is no such strong and healthy body that would never get sick; there is no such wealth that would not be lost; There is no power that does not end. All this is fragile.

In Hell, the most terrible thing will be the eternal fragility and injustice of everything you experience.

Our lives are made up of memories. Every person on the planet is the sum of memories. They are about everything that happened to us before, but memories are elastic, plastic, often fickle. I think about my life and I have many memories. Like any person, I have done things for which I feel guilty, and many of the memories hurt me. Very painful. But it's still worth living, if only for the sake of happy memories, even if they are sometimes lost in the ocean of bad ones.

So what do you need from me? Perhaps some explanation? Any great soul-saving story that would explain how events unfolded? Perhaps there was a reason - a driving force that would make everything logical; and, having understood it, you might hate me a little less than now. However, one does not exist. I never had time to repent. I am elemental. So to speak, axiomatic - such as the one who is inside a whole tangle of false moves should be. As you can see, I got my way. I am who I am. This is my blessing and - for the sake of symmetry - my curse.

Sometimes impermanence comes from frivolity or immaturity of the mind, prompting a person to agree with any other opinion; but there is another kind of impermanence, more forgivable, for it is generated by aversion to the environment.

Constancy in love is an eternal inconstancy that prompts us to get carried away in turn by all the qualities of a loved one, giving preference to one of them, then another; thus, constancy turns out to be impermanence, but limited, that is, focused on one subject.
