When you experience joy, you attract positive events to yourself, when you are upset and irritated, situations unfold around you that only aggravate your condition.

How can you give anything to your family, to society, if you don't know how to love yourself? Everything you say - I love my mom, dad - is all nonsense. It doesn't mean anything. Because you have an expectation towards these people. And you call it love. And if these expectations are not met, then love will also dissolve in space.

Too strong emotions deprive us of the ability to critically analyze. We do not see the long-term and immediate consequences of our actions and, as a result, we cannot distinguish between what is good and what is bad.

Having promised something to yourself or others, you must definitely find the time and show perseverance to make it happen.

All people are capable of changing for the better.

We care about those who care for us and treat us well. But our goodwill will always be very fragile if it depends on the fulfillment of our personal goals and the expectations we have of others. If those around us meet our expectations, everything goes well. If not, a good disposition can easily turn into resentment and even hatred.

People's inherent ability to care for others should not be taken for granted as something trivial or self-evident. On the contrary, it should be encouraged in every possible way.

Organizing saves time, money, space and energy.

You came into this world as a human being, and if you do not feel your unity with the universe, that is, do not use the priceless opportunity inherent in this moment, your human life will be wasted. Simply eating, sleeping, reproducing, and dying does not require the sophisticated body, mind, and consciousness that you are now endowed with. Not exploring this amazing gift is monstrous stupidity.

By getting rid of things I don't need, don't love, don't use, and things that don't work, fit, or fit, I clear my head (and shelves) for what has real value. This rule works for most people.
