If those around us meet our expectations, everything goes well. If not, a good disposition can easily turn into resentment and even hatred.

Half of them have already been walking “heavy” since the fall: Domashka, Vesnoyar, and even Krinka. And everyone seemed to be completely different, unfamiliar women - this is how the women’s magpies over their horned pussycats changed them, hiding their hair and abundantly decorated with woven patterns, temples, and fluffs. They now had completely different thoughts, concerns, expectations and hopes. Their paths have diverged far away: now you can’t stop shouting!

February. It's almost spring. On the threshold. Expectations. Hopes. Dreams... everything is resurrected... It’s still cold. Only snowdrops sway their white transparent bells with the tenderness of their buds. And at home there is a garden. Wild thirst for color, light. Colors. The first fresh wind... Until then. Still hot sea buckthorn tea. It has color...

Each time has its own weight. The hours of waiting in the unknown are especially difficult. They are capable of crushing the human heart.

As soon as the New Year holidays pass, you immediately want spring, tulips, a pink thread of dawn on the horizon and evening jogging under the warm, beautifully setting sun. Light dresses with pointed stiletto heels, a new haircut and dreams of sea voyages. And also to cut through our meadows on an old vintage bicycle with bouquets of flowers in a basket, breathe in the awakened earth, wait for the first thunderstorm and spontaneously go for a swim at the lake. How far away all this is still! In the meantime, winter monochrome, sometimes gray, sometimes white, with the smell of pine needles and home comfort, post-New Year gifts and a blank sheet of paper for the whole New Year. Thoughts, plans, expectations, goals, dreams. All that remains is to take the paints and start painting it all.

Fear is worse than punishment, because punishment is always something definite, and whether it is heavy or light, it is still better than unbearable uncertainty, than the terrible infinity of waiting.

The main thing is to be the one who deceives expectations, and not the one who is deceived.

If expectations coincide with reality, then you aim shallow.

The future always violates expectations.
