Funny how when you're little, you believe you can be anything you want. Your dreams know no boundaries. Do you believe in magic, believe in magic, and fabulous opportunities. But you grow up, this childlike faith disappear like smoke, as together you begin to see the realities of life and realize in horror that you can't accomplish all of my dreams. And then you become modest, asking life less or even cease to dream.

I began to understand that the house is not a place, not a building, and the feeling and state of mind. My apartment may be the perfect purity and houseplants on every windowsill, the Mat says "Welcome" at the front door, I can wear an apron and bake pies, but comfort will not increase. I know all this is temporary, and sooner or later we'll get out of here.
