If a citizen is forced to pay for education and health care, a pension to accumulate own funds, housing and utilities paid in full, at the market price, why would I in such a state?! Why should I have to pay more taxes and have a crazy army officials? I always, at all levels said that health, education and science should be provided from the budget. If the state dumps this care on ourselves, let disappear, it will be much easier!
