The core values of any social system rarely are simple people. Most often, they represent a belief system "core management group", such as Church, army, banks, corporations, the ruling elite, or a combination thereof. These groups develop a hidden program of development of society, the courts, taxes, etc. structures that serve for the benefit of their own interests and support the eternal illusion that social values are determined by society. In addition, governments suppress any deviations from the predetermined course, which may harm them.
