It is believed that the order is always good and chaos is always bad. This is one of those fallacies, by which a good half of the XX century, humanity suffered from repression, stagnation and war. In fact, the basis of any creative search, discoveries, innovation is a mess. The new can be born only out of chaos - from an unintended, unexpected inconsistencies usual. Of course, in absolute mess is "new" is not able to gain a foothold and benefit; therefore, between chaos and order balance is required. But without a share of the mess, progress stops completely.
