It all began twenty years ago. The Federation army began to threaten South America. Their leader, a General Almagro demanded the capture or execution of all who are born in the United States. It is the Roark convinced O. C. S. O. to trust a "Ghost" solution to this problem. The United States sent its troops to destroy the Federation. Roark went to fix Almagro. He became obsessed with this man, and Roark spoke of him as a reward. And he was willing to do anything to get this trophy.
