Adults are able to restrain themselves and even desperately crying, save power, because the edge of consciousness understand: life goes on, and someday will have to stop crying, get up and go wash your face, to apologize to everyone for my behavior, and then drink a Cup Camry and go to sleep. But babies have no idea about the future, they live only here and now, and therefore always crying as if their eternity that needs to be filled with screaming and tears.
