If not the Minsk agreements, which she herself initiated, and that weekly calls, addressing the treatment of the Kievan signatories and their sponsors, including from the EU?
Not if the Budapest Memorandum, which guaranteed Ukraine's respect of its sovereignty and initiative violated the EU long before the Crimean referendum, the double-supported anti-constitutional decisions of both the Maidan and undermined the fragile political balance in the country?
