Each of us at a certain stage of development seeks to impose its will on the world. Each of us would like to see their enemies humiliated, and friends rewarded. But most of us have in the end to accept a world in which everything is impossible. If we develop the ability to adapt well to this world, we become worthy, Mature extraordinary human personalities. Children just differ in this unwillingness to adapt. As rightly pointed out by Freud, if a child is to give the infinite power, in a moment of whim it will destroy the whole world.
