It is not in the Higher school of Economics as such. There is good teaching for all, except for economy. It is in that concept which underlies these theories, the belief in the beneficence of unlimited freedom of the individual without regard for society. This belief deprives its adherents willingness and ability to explore the patterns emerging at the level of society as a whole. But if you don't see these patterns, it is about the same as if the captain of a sailing ship tried somewhere to swim, essentially ignoring the concept of "wind."
