You can't pretend that this didn't happen. Today it’s time for Russia to say: “Forgive us for this. We ask forgiveness for wars, for bayonets, for wanderings and hardships, for cruelty!” I spoke about this in the presence of the president - that it was necessary to hold a conference on the Caucasus, to discuss what Russian weapons had done there. No results. And in Chechnya we are dealing with a bomb that can explode at any moment.
