So, as if the richer the language, the higher the culture. I think the opposite: the higher the culture, the richer the language. The number of words and their combinations is directly based on the amount of impressions and ideas: without the latter there can be neither concepts, nor definitions, and therefore, reasons for the enrichment of the language.
