Better than a good wife nothing happens in the world,
But there's nothing worse than a bad wife.

The best treasure of people think the language is discreet.
Measure in words will follow and everyone will be nice;
Mean and contemptible others about yourself even worse hear.

If the work you love, you will be much dearer to the Eternal gods, and men: loafers every nasty.

Mind one has not, who wants to measure with the strongest:
Not win it - the humiliation only added grief!
