Quote Explanation: A friend told me about the emergence of a new euphemism for castration of a cat - "remove kokokos", which she heard in some video on YouTube. The euphemism turned out to be so dumbfounding and unsettling for me with its absurdity and redundancy that for a few seconds I was speechless, not knowing how to react. When I came to my senses, I realized what kind of state it was that I was experiencing at that moment - usually in this state people make a facepalm. But since, out of surprise, I fell into a stupor and did not make a facepalm, I decided to explain the hanging silence to my friend with this phrase.
