The action (or inaction) of your employees can lead to the collapse of the most promising enterprise. But if businesses manage to stay afloat, then the owner will earn much less optimistic than expected. But will he disease, caused by nervous stress. After all, he has to fight not only with competitors, but also employees. And these "internal enemies" he still has to pay wages, sometimes getting into debt. Only the owners know how much blood has spoiled their workers, poisoned how many hours and days were robbed of months of life.
In turn, employees often viewed by employers only as greedy exploiters, appropriating the results of their work and constantly seeking new ways to increase their profits - of course, at the expense of workers. Therefore, any initiatives and innovations coming from "above", by definition, malicious, and hence they should be either ignored, or as much as possible to delay the process of implementation.
