SelfPub: To be master is to risk

To be master is to take risks. Employees can remain without work and salary, the owner would lose business in which invested a lot of money, work, life years. To be the master - daily to jeopardize your reputation in the eyes of customers, partners, buyers who deal with its employees. The blame for the damage caused by the workers, is carried personally on the owner. In the eyes of outsiders is your company is you. And you are responsible for EVERYTHING (that's why not all want to be masters, preferring to have fewer, but less to solve).
