Marriage without love is devoid of true existence, goodness, consolation, has in itself nothing of God's establishment, nothing but the most wretched and low, than can easily be neglected any self-respecting man. The carnal life may continue, but it will be neither Holy, nor clean, nor support the sanctity of marriage, and will become at best an animal function... For in human Affairs, the soul is deistvuyuschii power, and the body is in a sense passive. And if in this case the body acts contrary to the requirements of the soul, how can a man think that he acts, not something below him?
