In fact, these beliefs have no real Foundation. But knowing is not enough - you have to really see it.
You must establish exactly what you believe, what beliefs involve you in a state of duality, in conflict, forced to hide something...
I repeat: the key is sincerity, willingness openly and honestly to meet all that is happening in our mind and body. This is the door to freedom - freedom, which is always only now, here and now.
