I am me.
In the whole world there is no person exactly like me.
Of course there are people similar to me, but there is no one, repeats me.
Everything that comes from me, it's only mine because it's my choice.
To me belongs all that is in me: my body, my movements, my mind, including all thoughts and ideas that pass through it.
My eyes and what they see, my feelings, whatever they may be, anger, joy, irritation, love, disappointment, delight. My mouth and all the words that he utters, whether they are polite, nice, or hard right and wrong.
My voice, soft or rough, and all my actions are aimed at me and others.
I own my triumphs and successes, mistakes and failures.
All because I belong to myself, I can really get to know yourself and thus to make friends with yourself, to love yourself and all the components of me, so I can direct all their actions in line with its interests.
I know that I do not like, also know that there is something I do not know.
But I love myself and so can safely act to change what does not suit me, and try to learn something I don't know.
I'm me no matter what I say, what I do, how I look, what I think and feel.
All this is just my, and it reflects my position at this point in time.
When I think of how I looked, talked, what they did, thought and felt, I can discard what I don't like to keep what suits me, replacing the discarded into something new, more appropriate.
I can hear and listen, speak and do.
I have all the opportunities to be close and helpful to others.
All in order to understand the world of people and things around me.
I belong to myself so I can myself create.
I am me.
With me everything is in order.
