But who thinks about decency? Authority of the West in hysterics because they do not govern their societies, on the one hand, and because they only now realize the simple truth - their present liberal democracy rooted in the past. Once in the USSR talked about communism as about the future of all mankind and very painfully reacted to any evidence that it is not. Today the West it becomes obvious that liberal democracy is also not the future of mankind. It (the future) is not defined, and there are many options of how it will be built.
