Culture is the rope that can throw a drowning man and where you can strangle your neighbor. Cultural development is equally in favor of good, how much and for evil. Grows meekness grows and cruelty, altruism is growing, but it grows and selfishness. It is not happening so that with the increase good decrease the evil; rather, as with the development of electricity every appearance of positive electricity is in parallel with the appearance of a negative. Therefore, the struggle between good and evil is not quenched, and escalates; it can not end and cannot, apparently, come to an end.
