BRICS is an umbrella structure and no country wants to go, prestigious, based on Russian technology, Chinese labour, Indian and South African media and Brazilian resources. There are no Europeans, no Americans, only emerging economies that are major important in the continents. BRICS will grow long, but it is a reliable and effective structure, as evidenced by all the American and European printmakers before each summit they write that it is not. Thanks BRICs G20 to become a more reliable area of the negotiations than the old G-7. In the Western press every mention of the G20 is reflected in its futility and the number of these publications is steadily growing, but growing as the interest to it has something representing the world's countries.
