I am against monuments to murderers. All murderers - Genghis Khan, Tamerlane, Nelson, Suvorov, Napoleon, Zhukov, Eisenhower, Bandera. I am against monuments to politicians, during the reign of which was war. Humanity must be other heroes - teachers, doctors, firefighters, scientists, rescue workers, inventors, humanists, enlighteners. It is possible to erect monuments to the emotions, concepts and ideas.
But not the murderers.
