Not a book. The ABC of the modern man (№ 388582)

The vast population of the CIS countries still does not want to understand the difference between communism/socialism and capitalism. Between the so-called "dictatorship" and
absolutely idiotic notion of "freedom". Gentlemen, under communism, the state is obliged to ensure your health, education, supply, and future. Under communism, it is OBLIGED to THINK for you. Generally, when someone someone is BOUND to think - it's called a DICTATORSHIP, otherwise all, because everyone CAN'T like all government decisions, therefore there will always be disgruntled and someone will ALWAYS HAVE to ENFORCE.
Capitalism has solved the problem of coercion differently. He doesn't do good by force. He doesn't do it at all. You - free sheep? Well. Think for yourself. Ensure your future supply, education, health - yourself. The state under capitalism is a Sheriff in westerns. The guy with the big colt, which thereby provides a great colt HIMSELF, because every man for HIMSELF thinks. He, at best, your health will be curious, and to do it they will ONLY if it is profitable and WHILE it is profitable. The role of his - not a babysitter and caregiver for the mentally crippled, he is the guarantor of a modicum of order. Not Order with a capital letter, and at least some precarious balance, for example if suddenly maniac shows up, well, just trampling all the laws and the Sheriff is not paying, so who was this maniac to Lynch. And taxes the Sheriff you will tear up, because he saw to it that you, drunk or in any other frenzy, each other like pigs, not cut. Under capitalism the state is, basically, a punitive Agency, not the supplier that is not divisible income from oil, gas, corn or chocolate, if you will, of course, not the state, that is, not the guy with the colt or his fellows. But you have the freedom of choice. Your beloved freedom, Lord, when everything that is not forbidden - is allowed.
