Our trade unions at the beginning of their activities often served as a refuge for the inept, lazy and frankly anti-social personalities. Such people in all countries tend to unite in an Alliance to work together to protect themselves from the natural desire of the owner to get rid of bad workers. I'm not asking our Union leaders in an open democratic society to take on the role of managers. But, based on the new labour code, encourage them to stop covering those who work carelessly. We must not slide to the practice in which the trade Union movement becomes a nursemaid to the weak and negligent employees, and the leveling system discourages other people hunting to work better than these slobs.
