I can't talk about our love, so I'm going to talk about math. I'm not very strong in it, but I know one thing: there are an infinite number of numbers between zero and one. There are one tenth, twelve hundredths, one hundred and twelve thousandths and so on. Of course, between zero and two or zero and a million, there are an infinite number larger - some infinities are larger than other infinities.
There are days, and there are many days like that, when I feel resentment and anger because of the size of my personal infinity. I would like to have more numbers than I probably have, and oh my God, I would wholeheartedly want more numbers for Augustus Waters, but Gus, my love, cannot express how grateful I am to you for our little infinity. I wouldn't exchange it for the whole world. You gave me eternity, in a matter of days. Thank you.
