From mistakes and external threats, humanity is able to protect only the alma mater of all knowledge - science that allows you to develop technologies to absorb CO2, reduce the level of energy consumed, destroy an asteroid - whatever. It is possible and necessary to use engineering to create cheap and nutritious products, to combat deadly diseases. The ultimate mission of the next few generations should be the colonization of as many planets and stars in the Universe as possible: after all, who knows what will happen to the Earth and when we will finally get tired of each other. For all of this to happen, we need to wake up, and as quickly as possible. Humanity must rethink how we treat the planet and how we use its resources; to reconsider our relationships with each other and other living beings; get rid of nuclear weapons, end hunger and distribute the world's wealth more equitably. At the end of the day, science education needs to be made available around the world. This will inspire young people to explore the universe, solve problems and engage in research.
