I am writing these lines while sitting at the table in the large reception room, and I try not to pay attention to the noise that reigns here. Every minute I am interrupted by various questions. Every now and then we have to jump up and give some instructions. But I'm used to writing in such conditions. It is important for me to be in the hospital at this time, at my post, in order to see and hear everything that is happening there, and to be responsible for everything.
