Witches have to deal with stupid, lazy, deceitful or even in all respects unpleasant people every day. And sooner or later it begins to seem to her that the world will become much better if some of these people are well spanked. But you shouldn't do that, because, as Miss Tick once explained, 1) the world will only get a better place for a short time; 2) then it will get even worse; and 3) the witch should behave smarter than those she wants to spank.
