Frederic Beigbeder. Windows on the World (№ 50434)

In man since ancient times inescapable phantasm lives - to raise up mountains. Erecting towers to the clouds, a man proves to himself that he is greater than nature. And this feeling really comes on top of a concrete-aluminum-glass-steel missiles: the horizon belongs to me, I say "goodbye" to traffic jams, sewers, sidewalks, I'm a man, hovering above the ground. Feel the thrill of its power, but rather pride. Pride without pride. Just the joy of knowing that they are able to climb up any tree.
