Book: Spark of hope

I think nowadays people expect too much of marriage. <...> They expect perfection. Every minute of their marriage is supposed to be bliss. But it is found only in the movies or TV shows. Everything in life differently. Sarah rightly said: "Twenty minutes here, forty minutes there," and together these moments result in something beautiful. The trick here is not to send all to hell when something goes wrong. There is nothing wrong nor that the couple argue, no one else bothers or goads. This also shows their closeness. But the joy you get from this very intimacy - what do you feel when you look at my children or waking up in the morning, smile at your wife, and she smiles at you in response, - this joy in our tradition is the blessing. And people forget about it.
