Book: The strange death of Europe

By themselves, the search for meaning is not new. News is that almost nothing in modern European culture may not be the answer for them. Nothing says: "this is a heritage of thought, culture, philosophy and religions that gave people food for thousands of years and is able to give something to you." Instead, at best a voice: "Find your meaning where you desire." In the worst case, you can hear nihilistic principle: "Your existence is meaningless in a meaningless universe." Any person who believes a similar principle, just are not able to achieve anything. Societies in which there is such a picture, the same is not capable of any achievements. Nihilism, of course, you can understand when it is present in some people, but when it becomes a public credo, it is fatal.
