Many years ago I came to my Teacher. I was young and stupid as you are now. I was only seventeen years old, and I was a sufferer exhausted and angry at life. Then my Teacher was seventy, and he was laughing for no apparent reason. I asked him: "How do You do it?" And he answered: "I am free in my choice. And that's my choice. Every morning when I open my eyes, I ask myself, "What will you choose today - bliss or suffering?" And so it turns out that since then and every morning, I choose bliss. But it's so natural!
