On the question of our relations with the West. The past year shows, in my opinion, with persuasiveness a simple thing: it is no longer possible to imitate the West in extremely important things. When we began to make sovereign decisions, namely: gave money to build hospitals, gave powers to the Ministry of Defense, etc. That is, we returned to traditional things. Let it be not approved in the West, but we understand it, and it works for us. It is no longer possible to live in a system of tracing paper from the West. It's disastrous and destructive. And it is impossible to pray that we can agree with the West. There's no way to wait for them to grow darker.
