One of Nero's main problems was that he really wanted confirmation of his power.
You can't want confirmation of your power. If you are in control, if you want to say, like Louis XIV, "France is me," it is YOU who must stand behind your words. And not to say, "France is me. Truth?.."

And Nero somewhere really wanted to impress people. So he had this: "I'm the emperor!" ended: "... Do you agree?"
