Mikhail Efremov. (№ 442958)

Not the state pays pensions, but taxpayers. It is not the state that pays salaries to state employees, but taxpayers. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health and other bodies do not have their own money - they spend taxpayers' money. The Cabinet of Ministers, the Presidential Administration and all administrations at all levels do not have their own money - they also spend taxpayers' money. This is important to always remember. It is we who maintain our State. This is what we pay for here. Every penny spent by an official is my money, yours, all of us. The exclusive role of the state in this sense is the transparent distribution of our money. And in the "high offices" there should not be portraits of officials, but a map of the country with millions of its inhabitants.
