I categorically declare that I am not a hero. I don't have it in nature. I am an ordinary person - born to crawl - and crawling around Moscow, I almost died of hunger. Nobody wanted to feed me. All bourgeois locked themselves on door chains. They splendidly survived hunger, cold, labor tax, etc. Their hearts became callous. There was nothing to go to the heroes. The heroes themselves were naked, like falcons.
