People burdened with earthly concerns argue whether it is reasonable or unreasonable to believe - in life or in art - that the weather affects the human soul. How can you argue that the weather is a reflection of human worries, because a person is only a faint reflection of the bright rainbow of earthly meteorology, not the weather is a part of us, but we are tiny particles of weather.
