In a city unpaved, dusty, dirty and dark - in a city where there were many street nasty boys and few schools - in a city where poor women happened to give birth on the streets - in a city where they broke down the old walls of a famous fortress in history, in order to get bricks for the construction of new houses - in a city where at night hooligans raged on the crowded streets, and on the outskirts the dwellings of the townsfolk were freely robbed to the loud sounds of rattles in the hands of drowsy night watchmen - in this half-wild city for honored guests and authorities who had gathered from everywhere celebrations and feasts were arranged, which no one needed, and they generously spent money on this empty and stupid undertaking, which was not enough for schools and hospitals.
