Book: joy

We all know that in life there is a place of sorrow and grief. They come to each of us when we lose one of those whom we love, when we lose power and opportunities as a result of an accident or illness, when we are disappointed in their hopes and aspirations. But just as the day does not exist without night, there is not life without death, a joy can not exist in distilled form, without any admixture of sorrow.

I am convinced that we are becoming a nation of fighters for survival, that are so afraid of disease and death that simply cannot live as free men.

Only a free person respects the rights and freedoms of others.

Actually, no cry only the dead men.

I need to cry in order to keep their humanity. I cry not only about themselves but also about their patients, and for all of humanity. When I see the struggle and pain that dominated my patients, my eye often tears. Subsequently, when these people ease their pain through crying and refuse to fight, I see their eyes and faces filled with light, and feel your heart otradovice. But I really felt this joy only in the case, if he is in the same way as they are ready to abandon the struggle, and that's the reason crying.

Perhaps the biggest of all illusions is the belief that the conscious mind controls the body and that by changing the nature of his thinking, we can change our feelings.

The inner freedom of man is manifested in the graceful movements of the body, in their smoothness, ease and liveliness. All this corresponds to the freedom from guilt, shame and painful self-consciousness. This is exactly the property of being which is inherent in all animals, but which is absent in most of the civilized inhabitants of our planet.

The sadness may be replaced by a pleasure just as after a Sunny day, can rush the rain.

Childhood - in the assumption that this is a healthy, normal childhood - characterized by two special qualities that just lead to joy, freedom and innocence.
