I learned that on Earth live only two people. And they settled in the two countries. The Nations are called just the rich and the poor. And all this talk about Americans, blacks, Russians, Chinese, songs about national characteristics and nightmarish fable about the mentality - continuous visibility! Rich - incredibly interesting, but obscure race, and all the people of this nation are very similar to each other regardless of skin color, age and religion. And they live in a very small, but world country - very nice, comfortable, incredibly beautiful, with a wonderful climate. And all of it is similar to a luxury hotel "Sheraton" - Paradise. And the poor are numerous accessible, very understandable, but not interesting people. And each other - in particular. What is there to be interested? They live untidy, poorly, hastily - faster if in a hurry to live your life in the huge and miserable country called Poverty. Called the inhabitants of this land the poor people, or poor people. Sometimes poor. And the most daring dream to break, to emigrate to the country of Wealth and nationality, "the rich man", and if luck is on your side - "rich". Usually they are killed while illegally crossing the border. Because it is legal to move out of Poverty into Wealth impossible. And duty at the border charge is not weak - you. Put, say, the soul on the customs table and try out!

If the state does not want to feed the police, it condemns the people to feed the bandits.
