What is the law? Just words on paper.

International laws exist only in the collections of international laws.

Criminals do not kill the law, they kill people.

A terrorist and a COP cut from the same cloth.

If the dictates of conscience were clear, definite and implicitly performed, the person would not need in any other legislation.

What is right and what is an offense, it must determine the law.

When multiplying laws and orders, a growing number of thieves and robbers.

The law here represents not the police. The law here represent the ladies, beautiful and ruthless. If you have the money and you play by the rules, they will help you, but if you piss them off you're dead.

Among the weapons the laws are silent.

Why people follow the majority? Because it is right? No, because it's hard. Why people follow the old laws? Because they common? No, because they are conventional and do not allow to germinate seeds of discord.

Well, when people want to help each other... be friends... or if it's by itself out. Not because we need to atone or to do good deeds. They do not need explanation. It's like morality and the law, you know? Come up with laws to force people to do something or something not to do. Even if the laws are good, they mean that the people themselves don't want to live by them.

But the law ruthless to death row: the slightest infraction and the death penalty. On the spot. Otherwise it is impossible, but that's the time when compassion turns into cruelty and violence concluded true charity. The law ruthless, but wise.

When existing laws are unable to contain social disorder and disobedience, we need to introduce new laws to maintain order. The alternative is anarchy.

The law is above all, but what about when mercy is above the law?
