I have to admit that people spend a huge amount of time – almost everything – on hypothetical. I could get rich. I could be famous. I could have been hit by a bus. I could have been born with fewer moles and larger breast sizes. When I was younger, I could have spent more time learning foreign languages. It seems that people use the conditional mood more often than any other known form of life.
