According to the inner man, I find delight in the law of God; but in my members I see another law, warring against the laws of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that is in my members. Poor man I am!

The law has power over a person while he lives.

Just as you presented your members as slaves to uncleanness and lawlessness for wicked works, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness for holy works.

The body of sin was abolished, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin, for the one who died was freed from sin.

Just as by one crime there is condemnation for all men, so by one righteousness there is justification for life for all men.

How is it that when you teach others, you don’t teach yourself?

Those who have sinned without the law will perish outside the law, and those who have sinned under the law will be condemned by the law.

Due to your stubbornness and unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath and revelation of righteous judgment from God.

The wrath of God is revealed against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth through unrighteousness.

In the last time there will appear scoffers, walking according to their own ungodly lusts. And be merciful to some with consideration, and save others with fear, pulling them out of the fire, and reprove them with fear.

Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, like them, committed fornication and went after other flesh, being subjected to the punishment of eternal fire, are set as an example, so it is with these dreamers who defile the flesh, reject the authorities and slander the high authorities.

You are from the lower, I am from the higher; you are of this world, I am not of this world.

I know where I came from and where I'm going; but you do not know where I come from or where I am going. You judge according to the flesh.

Who among you is without sin, be the first to throw a stone at her.
