Book: The Time Keeper

I look into space and see not noble gentlemen in tuxedos, not ladies, set with diamonds and wrapped in silk. Not respectable bankers don't humble Housewives with work-worn hands, not clerks, not salespeople. I see mages and wizards, mermaids and fairies, brave travelers and dreamers. I know you - red cheeks and naive children in the eyes. And so the fairy tale comes true!

Hugo loved when the hall lights go out and starts a journey through time and space... you Can see and hear a crunching pebbles beneath the feet of a dinosaur or test sea legs on a pirate ship... you Can wander through the city of the future among the great houses, scratching the sky - seen, because they are called skyscrapers... you Can fly in a airplane or take a super-modern ocean liner... you Can swing over the hump "of the ship of the desert" the camel, to be nose to nose with a huge snake folding in front of you in a pyramid of slippery green rings... But the most beautiful - can be grown and a lot of interesting things to see in real life!..

Is it really possible to stop? Even if my fault will stop all the clocks at the Paris train station, time will not stop running, life will go on!

- I often come here in the evenings, confessed Hugo. Sometimes just looking and sometimes imagine the Universe as a huge, well-oiled clockwork in which, as expected, not a single superfluous detail. And then human life becomes very special to me. Because we were not born just like that, each of us has its own purpose and its own destiny.

Imagine what he will have to go to metro, Hugo even timid. It was a world in which, as it seemed, people move in space quite different laws. It was like a journey to another planet.

One story ends but another begins, just like in life: one event is replaced by another, and so on to infinity.
Oh, my heart feels: this will lead us very far, almost to the moon...
