The fact that I'm not acting like a sex-crazed, doesn't mean I'm gay.

"Freedom and responsibility of youth" - Nur Amalia Saetre, 17 years old.
The Norwegian youth spends in social networks more than four hours a day, studies show. Some believe that it is a waste of time, but I understand why we do it. Social networking society is not as complex. You can just log on and block anyone who you do not like. Today we celebrate Constitution Day. She States that all have equal rights and that men are born and remain free. They are free to sit four hours in social networks. Free to get drunk in the shit and fuck with everyone. Free to spend 900.000 on the bus graduates. Now Norway is not the same country for which the Constitution was drawn up. Norwegian society is constantly evolving. Today across Europe there are refugees seeking a place to live. This is a different culture. The people whose values we may not share. Some fear that they will threaten our Norwegian values. It would be the coolest feature in Facebook - just block them, but that will not do. So, while we celebrate our Constitution, we should remember what we are celebrating. If we believe in the values on which it is based, if we agree with the idea that all people should be free and have equal rights, are we not obligated to fight for the preservation of these values for all? Not to open the door to strangers, threatening our values, and in order not to open them. We live in a society, because we need each other. People need people. Interacting with others can be difficult, especially with those with whom you disagree. With those who think differently than you. Someone who belongs to another culture, either with your girlfriend or with a friend from elementary school in Facebook. In a peaceful society with equal rights we need to listen and understand each other. It may be easier to understand each other, if we focus on what we have in common, not on what is different. To look for what we agree on, not what our opinions diverge. Maybe if we think about the other worst way, that's what they want us to see. We have the right every day to spend four hours on the social network. Because someone before us fought for our freedom in this. Soon we will take this country in their hands. It depends on us, what values will prevail in the future. I hope from the struggle for equal rights and freedom for all people in the world, we shall be victorious. Seriously. If not us, who grew up in the richest free country in the world, if we cannot choose generosity, patience and openness, if we are not looking for each other good if we can't fight for justice, then who can?
