The worst kinds of lies are the lies we tell ourselves just before we go to sleep. The lies that say 'I'm happy', or 'He's happy', or 'This will all be over', or 'I can change', or 'He'll change his mind', or ‘I don't need her', or 'I don't need him.'
The worst lie is the one we tell ourselves before going to sleep. We whisper to her in her sleep, convincing ourselves that we are happy or he is happy; that you can change yourself or it will change the decision; persuade yourself that you can accept the loss. Every night before bed, we lie to ourselves in the desperate, vain hope that the lies will become the truth.

We're all looking for someone. The person who fills a certain void in our lives. Someone who will offer companionship... Or help... Or a sense of security... Sometimes, if you look hard, you can find someone who will give it all at once. Yes, we are all looking for someone, and when you do not find, I can only pray that they found us...

Are there many men who can appreciate the perfection of a single rose.

Not enough to pursue the truth, one must know where to look. And to find something, Oh, so difficult! Oh, she knows where to hide.

Death is inevitable - this promise is given to everyone from birth, but before the promise is fulfilled, we all hope to catch something to experience, whether it is a romantic impulse, or the joy of motherhood, or the pain of irrevocable loss - we hope to experience what will give us meaning.
