Pride, vanity and the desire to please - an inexhaustible source of inner insecurity and weakness.

We do not go to others for fear of rejection, we're not talking about their feelings for fear of ridicule, and we don't commit ourselves to another person for fear of the pain of loss.

I remembered the story in the "racing form" about a thoroughbred stallion, which could not pair with the Mare. He sought out the most beautiful mares, and every time the stallion in front of them gave in. Then the Doc understood. He hit a beautiful dirt Mare and the stallion vividly it climbed. The thing is that the stud was shy in front of beauty, and when it was smeared, stained with dirt, he realized that he is not worse or even better. Men sometimes talk almost like horses.

The only thing that makes life possible, is eternal, intolerable uncertainty: not knowing what will happen next.

No uncertainty. All, take a broom and sweep out of consciousness all the fears, insecurities and troubles.

Remember the old cartoon about a coyote that chased the bird? There's a coyote trots along the top of the ridge, reaches a cliff and for some time continues to run, and then suddenly looks down and sees that runs through the air?
- Well?
- You know, "he says," I always wondered what it would not look it down. Would the air still as hard, until he reached the opposite edge? I think would remain, and I think that with all of us the same thing happens. We rush forward, over the cliff, keeping his eyes fixed on the things that matter, but then something - some fear, self-doubt causes us to look down. And then we realize that we are running through the air, we panic, and we turn around and headlong rush ago. And if not looking down, then simply defected to the other side. Where is what matters.

Uncertainty - it is in all of us. This inner voice saying we will not be able to do something that we are not good, we better not even try. And when we listen to that voice that we restrain ourselves, and not even realize it. Because we are afraid to take a risk, take a chance to challenge our fears and to see what we're really capable of.

Don't lose the best moments in your life only because you are not sure.

My biggest weakness - uncertainty. I know that no one will ever believe. I'm terrified. Uncertainty follows me round the clock, seven days a week.
